You can file a claim, upload damage photos and videos, and track your claim status. If you have insurance, the portal can generate authorization codes to share with your provider. This is a tool to help you organize and submit your documentation in one place.

For Inspectors

You can view pre-uploaded homeowner files, record video reports, map FEMA damage codes to specific properties, and log your time, expenses, and mileage. The portal is designed to streamline field reporting.

For Contractors

You can manage inspection teams, view real-time damage maps, run quality control checks, flag potential fraud, and monitor inspector wellness. This is not a deployment system—it's a coordination tool.

For Insurance Companies and Government Agencies

You can look up authorization codes, review verified damage packages, and access a FEMA-style triage dashboard to prioritize claims. The portal is built to support faster claims processing, but it is not currently integrated with any official government system.

Current Status

XYZ Inspections is a functional tool. It is not under contract with FEMA or any state or local agency. It is not the official claims portal for any government entity. It exists as a standalone platform that could be used by any of the above parties if they choose to adopt it. No agreements are in place. No contracts have been awarded to us. We are not affiliated with any active disaster response effort. We built it and made it public. That is the extent of our involvement.
